JL77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you navigate the rest of this document clearly.

• "JL77", "we", "us", "our" – refers to the JL77 platform, accessible at jl77.info, and the entity operating it.
• "Member", "you", "your" – refers to any individual who has registered an account with JL77 or who uses the JL77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" – the individual account registered by a member on JL77, used to access services, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Services" – all products offered on JL77, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar), and the VIP Club programme.
• "Balance" – the total PKR funds available in your JL77 account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Balance" – any promotional or bonus funds credited to your account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money balance.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on JL77.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it or associated winnings can be withdrawn from your JL77 account.
• "Verification" – the process by which JL77 confirms the identity of a member, including age verification, identity document checks, and payment method confirmation.

To register an account with JL77 and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JL77 does not permit any person under 18 to register or use its services under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. JL77 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate information is discovered.
• You must not already hold an existing JL77 account. Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws applicable to you.

By completing registration on JL77, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. You also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that the funds you deposit are your own.

Your JL77 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all accounts at all times:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted one and only one JL77 account. Duplicate accounts found to belong to the same person will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. JL77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Immediate notification: If you believe your JL77 account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately at support@jl77.info.
• Accurate information: You must keep your account information up to date. Changes to your contact details, payment methods, or personal information must be updated promptly.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. JL77 will notify you by email before any action is taken on a dormant account.
• No transfer of accounts: JL77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

All deposits made to JL77 accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and payments:

• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit to a JL77 account is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• No third-party deposits: You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and will be returned.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Deposit fees: JL77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside JL77's control.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined, you should contact your bank or mobile wallet provider. JL77's support team can assist in confirming whether funds were received on our end.
• Currency: JL77 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any transaction in a foreign currency will be declined.

Withdrawals from your JL77 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Same-method withdrawal: Where possible, JL77 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 5–15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay within 10–30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals within 1–4 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals within 1–3 business days.
• Verification requirements: Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification before processing. JL77 will notify you of any documentation required.
• VIP processing priority: Members in the JL77 VIP Club receive priority withdrawal processing across all methods and amounts.
• Pending bets: Any funds tied up in unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn until those bets are settled. Your available withdrawal balance is shown clearly in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balance resulting from completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.

JL77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus credited to a JL77 account carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time frame. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per member unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times via different accounts is a violation of JL77's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar) may contribute different percentages. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• JL77 reserve the right to: modify, cancel, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms – will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• VIP Club benefits: Cashback and other VIP Club rewards are subject to their own terms as outlined on the VIP Club page.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting activity on JL77:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the JL77 system and a confirmation reference is generated in your bet history. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Limits are displayed on the betting slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. JL77 uses live odds feeds for in-play markets and the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to the official result at the time the relevant event or market period ends. JL77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not reach the minimum period required for a result to stand. Voided bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.
• Palpable errors: JL77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system or data feed error. Such errors will be identified and communicated within 48 hours of the event result.
• PSL betting: Pakistan Super League betting markets operate under the same rules as all other cricket markets on JL77. Specific PSL market rules are available on the PSL Betting page.

The following terms apply specifically to live casino play on JL77, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Andar Bahar:

• Final outcome: The result of any live casino game is final once confirmed by the dealer and the JL77 system. No disputes regarding the outcome of a completed game round will be accepted after the round has been closed.
• Technical disconnection: If your connection is interrupted during a live casino round, the outcome of the round is determined by the game result on the server. JL77 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection on the member's side. Completed rounds are settled according to the server result.
• Betting limits: Each live casino table has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed clearly in the table information panel. JL77 reserves the right to adjust table limits without notice.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a genuine technical malfunction affecting a live casino game, JL77 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund all bets placed. Members will be notified of any such events via their registered email address.
• Game integrity: All live casino games on JL77 are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment. Game outcomes are not determined by any software RNG on live dealer tables. JL77 does not offer computer-simulated casino games at this time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JL77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in creating accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity in relation to sports events or live casino games.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, or using JL77 as a mechanism for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Sharing account access with another person, including family members, friends, or third parties who place bets on your behalf.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity on the JL77 platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at JL77 staff, dealers, or other members through any communication channel.

JL77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term within this document or any other JL77 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback requests, false identity claims, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete verification requirements within the period requested.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Request by the member for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Court order, legal requirement, or instruction from a relevant regulatory body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds not associated with the suspected violation will be returned to the member once the review is complete, provided no breach is confirmed.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support@jl77.info. JL77 will process voluntary closure requests and return any real-money balance to the original payment method within 5 business days.

JL77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JL77 members, free of charge, through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on JL77. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an alert when you approach and reach your limit.
• Reality checks: Opt to receive pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your session duration and net balance movement.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from JL77 for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Existing settled bets and withdrawal requests are not affected.
• Self-exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion from JL77. During this period, your account will be suspended and JL77 will not send you any marketing communications.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by JL77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with JL77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL77 collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify member identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All content on the JL77 platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game presentations, odds data, and any other materials – is the intellectual property of JL77 or its licensed partners.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JL77 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any JL77 content in any format.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any JL77 software or application.
• Use JL77 branding, logos, or trademarks for any purpose without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the JL77 platform using automated tools.

Unauthorised use of JL77 intellectual property may result in account closure and may constitute a civil or criminal offence.

JL77 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• JL77 is not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors, data feeds, or internet service providers.
• JL77 is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access through compromised credentials.
• Gambling involves risk of financial loss. JL77 provides the platform for betting and gaming but accepts no responsibility for individual betting or gaming outcomes.
• JL77's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the disputed bet or transaction. JL77 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

JL77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via their registered email address and display a notice on the JL77 platform at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the JL77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using JL77 and contact support to close your account.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically, particularly when you receive a notification of changes.
